- Proactively manage prime mixed-use properties in central London (office, residential and retail), acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, consultants and service providers on all commercial and technical matters
- Develop and plan sustainability measures for the properties and drive their implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee and optimise the performance of facility management service providers
- Obtain quotes and manage the tendering, contracting and delivery of infrastructure services and technical measures
- Monitor accounting processes, including utility billings, reporting and lease administration
- Review property-related invoices and manage budgets and property-level expenses
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and long-term investment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESG and Ventures) to implement innovative technologies

- Initial experience with service charge budgets
- Strong interest in managing prime properties and working with demanding tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on, “can-do” attitude
- Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident working independently and managing multiple workstreams
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
