- Technische Leitung überregionaler Bauprojekte in der Funktion als Bauherrenvertreter
- Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten, insbesondere interner und externer Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Belange
- Konzeption der Projektorganisation und Aufbau von externen Projektteams
- Definition der Projektziele gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam
- Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Abwicklung durch interne und externe Teams
- Enge Begleitung von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen, Treffen notwendiger Entscheidungen inklusive Verhandlungsführung
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung unterschriftsreifer Aufträge/Verträge
- Technische Abstimmung von Mietverträgen
- Analyse von Bestandsobjekten hinsichtlich Nutzungs- und Optimierungspotentiale sowie Initiierung und Steuerung von Konzepten und Machbarkeitsstudien
- Erstellung und Weiterentwickeln von Unternehmensstandards
- Laufende Freigabe von objektbezogenen Planer- und Baurechnungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen im Rahmen unserer MOMENI ESG-Strategie

Ihre Kompetenzen
- Studium: Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder auch Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, gern mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder einer baufachlichen Zusatzausbildung
- Erste berufliche Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position, insbesondere erweiterte Kenntnisse im Hochbau
- Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet technischer Due Dilligence in der Organisations- und Prozessberatung sowie als Bauherrenvertreter
- Gute Kenntnisse im Werkvertragsrecht, VOB/B, AHO und HOAI
- Grundsätzliche Affinität für Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Verhandlungsgeschick, Notwendigkeit zur Konfliktfähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
- Teamplayer mit besten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Empathie, Begeisterungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie professionellem Auftreten
- Sehr gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
