- Erstellung von Financial Models sowie Durchführung von Cashflow‑ und Sensitivitätsanalysen
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Investmentmemos und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne Gremien
- Mitwirkung an Due‑Diligence‑Prozessen
- Koordination und Steuerung externer Berater (Gutachter, Makler, Juristen)
- Unterstützung bei der Transaktionsstrukturierung sowie Vorbereitung von Kaufpreisverhandlungen
- Aufbau, Pflege und Verwaltung von Datenräumen im Rahmen von An- und Verkaufsprozessen
- Identifikation und Analyse potenzieller Investoren sowie Durchführung von Kapitalmarkt‑ und Fondsresearch

Ihre Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der BWL, Immobilienwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Internationale Ausrichtung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Auslandserfahrung (Auslandssemester oder Praktikum)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Immobilienbereich (Transaktionen, Investment Management, Asset Management, Corporate Finance), z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Interesse am Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks innerhalb der Immobilienbranche
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Motivation und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie, Begeisterungs‑ und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie professionellem Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS‑Office‑Programmen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
