Your mission
  • Provide expert input on HRBs, Building Safety Act compliance, and gateway processes
  • Partner with architects and consultants to steer technical design, coordinate delivery, and assure quality
  • Plan, manage, and monitor projects in line with brief, budget, programme, and business objectives
  • Lead procurement activities and support tendering, contract negotiation, and appointment processes
  • Oversee site activities through to handover, ensuring risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations are managed
  • Track and report progress (budget/cost, programme, risks, KPIs) with clear documentation and presentations
  • Advise on forms of contract (JCT, Design & Build) and support contract administration
  • Champion sustainability, design quality, and value creation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain proactive communication with external design teams and internal stakeholders
Your profile
  • Construction Manager or professional with Building Surveying experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience (ideally RICS, ARB, or equivalent)
  • Track record on commercial‑led schemes, primarily office projects in Central London
  • Proven experience with High‑Risk Buildings (HRBs), with strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and the gateway process
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and critical link to technical design and delivery
  • Comfortable working closely with architects and top‑tier consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and monitor project progress across budget, programme, and quality
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills ensuring proactive, clear communication and optimal outcomes
  • High attention to detail paired with a practical, can‑do, problem‑solving mindset
